Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Exceptions:
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the item received is incorrectly fulfilled. 
To be eligible for an exception:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. 
• Proof of purchase and clear photo/video evidence must be provided.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and original packaging.
Once hair has been installed, worn, altered, or chemically processed, it is not eligible for any exception.
Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement or store credit. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable. 
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
